Product Website - Men's Ties

Dear Website Developers, I require a professional designed product website for a range of Men's ties: It must include the following: - Professional designed men's fashion website, must portray the elegance and premium italian design quality. - Use pictures and photos that reflects high-class men's fashion (ie. suits and ties), and the italian taste. - 2 brands: each has about 50 or so italian designs. Each brand will have different prices. - The general website layout: ie. about us, contact us, privacy, terms and conditios, shipping....etc. - a css layout ie. changing a general word or colour will change all pages. - Help on integrating a paypal compatible shopping cart. - A "special of the month message" at the front page. - tie designs and pictures, and brand logos will be supplied. - The website MUST be designed in consistent with all internet browsers: Safari, IE, Netscape, Mozilla Firefox (ie. pictures and texts must be in the right place for ALL browsers) The project must be completed within the timeframe required - 7 days, and must be satisfaction - will need rework if necessary.
