Convert Flash site into html with flash embeded

We are looking for an experience flash coder to change a 100% flash site into an html site with embedded flash. This should not be difficult for an experienced flash coder. The general overview is below. We also attached some graphics to show the job. website is [login to view URL] (take out the xx) 1. Remove top navigation from flash files and recreate as text links in html 2. Create unique .html pages for all former flash pages. Flash files should be embedded in each unique page so the site functions the same way 3. Add a section on the bottom of each unique html page to allow html content to be added (see illustration for example) Any questions please let me know.
