382012 Upload progress bar fix

I need a very good coder to fix an upload progress bar for my CMS: [login to view URL] The progress bar works ok, but it dosen't work for bigger files, and it dosen't show the filesize when a file is posted in the site. Another thing to do is to fix the files aproval system, it works, but for some of the files dosen't work. These are small things to fix anyway the code is good. Smalles bid will win.
