3 small updates to established website

We are a beauty business located out of Texas. We would like to few things updated to our site 1. We would like an automatic mailing list set up. We already have something to where viewers can submit their email address to request our updated content but nothing in place to send it out. We would like for someone to set it up where new blog entries are sent directly to the in-boxes of our selected readers. 2. Our RSS feed button is not working. Once clicked on we would like our RSS feed button to send our viewers to Feedly or Feed burner so that they can subscribe to our content 3. Our website contains a directory of businesses in the area and on that directory we have enabled Google maps. Currently, to add the map to the listing we must enter the business' GPS coordinates. We would like it set up to where we only need to enter the business' address and not the coordinates.
