Website and QR Codes & Technical Report 12000 Words

Instruction: <p>the idea for my project is based on a website and QR Codes. if someone looses an item and they cant find it then they just give up so i thought why not use QR Codes to find them. for example if you have a jumper what you can do is make a QR Code and stick it on the jumper and if someone finds it they pull out thier phone and scan the QR Code and the information of the person will come up such as the name, phone number and email. what i want is a website where users can log in and make a QR Code so a QR Code generator is required, so when they want to make a qr code the option of mecard should be available. Mecard allows them to enter details such as name addrese email phone. once they do that the will have the option to download the qr code or email it to themself. so what i need is a website where users join and make a personalised QR Code so i need a QR Code generator on the website. ps there is no file for me to upload. please call me for more details. i dont want the website to be to complex im hopeing to get a 2.1.</p> For complete details about report and website please see attachment.
