Customize My Blank Wordpress Site - repost

Hello, I need my blank Wordpress site to be customized so I have the ability to add content as I choose. The design of the website will be done by you, but I will give you the overall structure of how I want it to look. Please have the theme colors of the site be white, orange, and red :) Please see the attached screenshot with a quick idea of how I want the site to look. I need an easy method to either embed the code for the video at the top of the page (as outlined in the attached screenshot), or to be able to add an MP4 video. [login to view URL] Video in middle of page, above the fold. The 3 boxes (below the video) need to be clickable and go to their own pages. I will add the content to these pages. Please add the pages and have each of the 3 boxes link out to those pages. I will also need an area at the top of the page to easily add a header image. Below the fold of the website, I need to be able to easily add my own content through WP-Admin ____________________________________________________________________ I will probably have more details, so we can talk. :)
