I have a lead management php script. Each individual lead can be viewed ([login to view URL]), and within that customer page, I would like a dropdown form built. This form needs to update my customer database on submit without redirecting to another page (Ajax?). I only want this dropdown to appear if the database field entry for the customer is blank. I will need 2 potential dropdowns for 2 database fields that could be empty. And I just want "option1", "option2", "option3" as I will updated the values needed at a later date.
