Hi. we need a simple user registration form with the following fields and the values need to be saved on an ldap database, preferably on openLDAP. Fields: E-mail, Password, FirstName,LastName, Academic Institution Name, Department. Also, we need a forgot password function on the registration page. The developer needs to provide the ldap schema, the registration form, and instructions on how to set it up on our environment. These libraries might help.
