SEO & Organic Traffic

We operate Centrro ([[login to view URL]][1]) a financial search engine and are looking for someone that can assist with - SEO on our site - Strategies for organic traffic If your plan is to just get a high PR alone, we can do that ourselves. We are more interested in getting organic traffic of people located in the United States -- since that is where our service is targeted. Anyone outside of the US cannot be converter to revenue for us, hence, we are not interested in the traffic. Some ideas we have are SEO optimized landing pages (content), network of blogs (links), etc. You MUST show prior experience in gaining traffic. This is non-negotiabale. If you CANNOT show this, with references in the United States, please do not bid. We are in the finance space so you should have knowledge optimizing and gaining traffic for mortgages, loans, etc. We want to start immediately with the proper coder. This project should be completed in 1 week with 3 weeks of analyzing initial results. We understand full SEO results will take a while to be exhibited, but we are interested in the initial trend. We look forward to your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
