need Android skin

I need an Android skin that resembles the basic design concept of this website: [login to view URL] In other words, the skin should use the colors and general design of that site. Basically, I'm hoping to distribute a "Grateful Dead" Android skin to fans of the rock band. You should skin as many elements of the Android screen that you possibly can, including: icons, font style/color, background graphic (wallpaper), and any other elements of the Android screen that can possibly be skinned. You should avoid using the name "Grateful Dead" anywhere in the skin, since this is a copyrighted name, but colors and general design concepts of the [login to view URL] website should be OK to legally use (as long as we don't use any images or graphics exactly as they appear on [login to view URL]!) I need 100% of the Android source code for your skin, so that I can compile it myself and distribute the skin on the Google Android store. You may create the skin for Android 2.x ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
