I am looking for someone to create a website like ratemycop dot com. But the landing page to look more like verifiedbuddy dot com. I want the page to have create graphics like verifiedbuddy dot com. Ratemycop takes you to a map of the US. Maybe instead of that we can put a data base search like many social networks that lets you search by name email address and city and state. I want the same concept of ratemycop dot com but be able to put certain information on each page as illustrated below. These are my wants on the page. • I want that once the page is created it cannot be deleted only by admin. Every page must have a alert like that will send admin a email if someone has posted personal info such as address, phone numbers for person. • I want the page where multiple people can write about the person but I would like the person to be able to rebuttal to comments about them. • If the person knows the email address for person I want a box where that email address is entered but that email address will not show on the actual website but a email will be automatically generated and sent to the person that the page is being created for. • I want also to be a link where people can upload pictures of person. Anyone to be able to add pictures of person. • I want a link box where if people know what their social network site is they can place link in box where future visitors can go to their social network site. • I want the profile to be edited by the people that have something to say about the person. Actually not edited only post (kind of like a blog of the person) • I also want a system that will alert by email to all persons that have posted something about that person to be notified that a comment has been placed. • I want admin to be able to delete comments if comments are flagged and improper information is added such as phone numbers address etc. I want admin also to be able to black out that information without deleting the whole comment if needed if the person posts phone number or address that is. I want the site to have the following where people can upload or add for each profile created: 1. Name 2. Sex male or Female 3. City they live in 4. Car the drive 5. What they do for a living 6. Links where they can upload social network sites (maybe 3 link boxes) 7. Upload box for pictures 8. Upload box for Videos 9. link for email address 10. And finally place where people can write about them (the story of why the put them on here and in their opinion what they are like) This is not that difficult to do but I do need it to be very well done without any bugs. Code must be modular and elegantly organized, and easy for a novice like myself to sort through. You will first show me a working copy on YOUR webhost. You will then upload, debug. You will install and setup everything that is needed to get everything working. I will pick out a webhost or dedicated server before end of project.
