application for building industry

Hi , I am looking at creating an apple, android and windows o/s application for my inspections job in the building industry. This will involve a lot of to and fro to get it adapted for this market. Initially we will trail one system. Therefore you are bidding on this only. I will provide you all the documentation and video, links e.t.c. But we would like to develop a suite of 4-5 inspection programs.
