CMS Based WAP and Video Streaming Web Site

We do need a wap powered and php, wml? and mysql? based video? site needed. about video streaming: an open source streaming server should be installed. videos should be resized and encoding should be done automatically when the operator uploads video from the content management panel. different versions of encoding (with different codecs if needed) should be done and multiple versions should be saved on the server to support maximum number of phone models. phone model detection should be done on the fly with WURFL and correct version of video should be server to the phone. If the phone doesn't support streaming video should be downloaded the phone for offline viewing. about photos: photos should be resized and saved on the server when operator uploads photos from the content management panel. there should be multiple versions of each photo and closest size of photo should be sent to the requesting phone. Resizing issue should never be left to the phone for quality and bandwitdh issues. the same issues are applicable to wallpapers. ringtones and themes: we can create themes and ringtones. we just need to choose model groups on the content management panel then upload the item. Uploaded item should be served to the choosen group of phone models. Model detection should be done in WURFL database matching the user-agent.
