Convert construction website to php

Convert website to php No database or CMS need yet. Construction company website, about 15 pages, most just info and images. Some profile pages have scrolling JavaScript images if more pictures are added to current row of images. Convert website to php. Currently it is on a Filemaker Pro database system/server. No ftp access to old site, no files I can send from server, must get all images and content from your browser. (using a program like HTTrack may help) Set up new site on new server account on Hostagor that I open. You will have cpanel and ftp access. Front end must look and work exactly like current site. Profile image scroll feature does not currently work in Chrome and needs to be fixed, but I have same css/jc files that were used to fix same problem on another website that I can send you to see how it was done. Must see daily progress. Must work the same in IE6+, Firefox, Safari, Chrome! Must not use any template system like .tpl files. One php file for each page plus one header and one footer php file.
