This is an urgent project. Please post questions that you have. Required: Part I: * CMS - To manage content, news alerts, feeds, newsletters. [Joomla 1.0.15 is already installed and running on site] * Invoice/Billing System - Recurring Billing for 2 types of Services(no actual products) with Billing Cycles as Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually. * Customer can view/pay invoices online. [login to view URL] ARB, Paypal. * Customers also get invoices by email as per their billing cycle. Part II: * Customer Issue Tracking System * Customer raises issues via Website/ Phone call. A ticket is created and assigned to an Employee. * Employee posts update/progress of the issue assigned to him/her. * Two types of issues/tasks: Issue of a Customer or Internal Company task. * Employees are assigned Tasks of Customer or Tasks of Company. * Tasks of Customer - can be viewed by Customer to track progress * Tasks of Company - assigned by company owners to employees and visible only to owner/employee. The current site runs on PHP/mySQL hosting with PHP4/5 support. The main task is to get the job done. So if you want to change the CMS/Language/Hosting infrastructure. Thats OK. We can discuss that.
