Hello.
I'm looking for a web designer for a portal project of mine. The network is going to target home entertainment at 360 degrees, so cinema, tv series, books, videogames will all be involved. I've been writing articles for many of the most important web magazines in the sector for years, but now I feel ready to begin my own adventure.
The technical specifications are as follows:
HTML 5 structure of around 10-15 pages with jQuery slider and CSS3 menu
Framework PHP ( [login to view URL] or similar)
Native SEO optimization
The overall features of the network must be:
Being able to embed/manage Full HD videos from YouTube without the need to actually host them
Being able to register/login at the website/forum( which is going to be IPB) with social network credentials
Fully compatible and integrated with IPB forums database (so that login and user details are shared); automatic opening of a forum discussion with a new article on the website and, therefore, web comments being registered as posts on the forum;
Newsletter system for registered users
Integrate staff, content (articles) and community like in IGN, Gamespot etc. website where people are able to tag games/movies as preferred/possessed, to contribute to a user rating of a product which goes along the staff rating of a review, to tag staff members as favourite etc. with the purpose of an overall levelling/achievements system which will also involve future contests for the community
Being able to use high resolution images in the articles
Being able to fully customize certain form for technical features of a product (for example, the system requirements of a PC game, the technical data of a DVD, etc.)
Accessible and functional administration panel
We will also need a logo for our network, and sitemap/SEO positioning on search engines.
