Fast help on Drupal problem

Hello, small job, because I still search good Drupal coders and also playing myself with a community setup to learn more about it. So the job is to help me on my development web and also a chance to show me you are good in Drupal and start a bigger job discussion. Three things in this job: 1. I use TinyMCE by sample for blog posts or cck content, but I won't use it for all fields. By sample comments and trackback textareas should not have the editor. Show me how to activate / deactivate editor for existing and new fields. 2. In my blog posts and cck content I like to upload images inline the content. Similar to request one I won't upload images inline all fields, only inline defined fields. Current problem, that I tried some things like Image modul, but it doesn't work as it should. Here I need a good solution, to offer people to show images in the texts they post on my website, by sample their blog post.
