Fitness Expert s Job Site

I need to create a freelancer site for fitness, trainers and health experts to offer their services to the general public. It must have all the GAF tools and features like the bidding and job posting, fees, escrow, feedback, reveiws and payment integration. Each member will also have a profile page where he can upload photos, videos and experiences, awards and resume. The site has to provide the buyer to hire the fitness expert for working on his program online. Posting the instruction regrading exsersices routine or diet from the provider to the buyer's member page inbox. or hire by searching the providers available by country, state and city (local) and search by category. The site must have spots for selling advertisement like banners and an amdin emailer for contacting all members. - Everything from Advertising banners - Member pages w/tools - Full Admin - Payment Gateway - Design The only exception since it's registered here in the USA, the interface GUI must be redesigned to look different. Job Qualifications: - Don't bid unless you can do the job - Put exactly how long it will take to design and don't lie. I hate it when a programmer says it'll be done in 3 days and it takes 3 months. - If you are awarded the job, I will post a broker escrow account with GAF and no partial payments will be made until I'm 110% satisfied with the work so don't ask. - Don't send me a list of portfolios unless you have one directly related to this because I'm taking your word for it that you can do the work. Giving me a link doesn't help prove that. - Bid exactly what it is. I'm not going to accept anyone asking for more money than what they bid. This I would be interested in. I do not have any idea what the admin looks like or how to access it so just know I would want a full functioning admin to operate everything.
