HELP DEVELOPING -- Private Sales E-commerce Site Flash Sale

Hello, I am looking for a person to help and walk me through developing a site like this: A Private Sale website for surf clothing, shoes, and accessories similar to JackThreads.com. We will need an exact replica of the Jackthreads (same features and technology) but with custom design to fit our brand. WE DO NOT want any design similarities between the two sites. A private sale is a retail concept which is gaining popularity on Ecommerce platform. Here the access to sale is only through membership and non members can request for invitation. Once they join they start getting emails weekly or daily on highly discounted items sold through time bound sales. The sale gets over in 36 hrs or week time and then the next sale starts. Once a member the user can browse current sale as well as see the upcoming sales. 1) Front page member registration to view sale events. Facebook login allowed. Large image background that can easily be updated weekly. 2) We will need to setup sale events with specific start and end date and time. With ability to schedule sale events in advance to update automatically on that date.
