Integrate PHP function into PHPRunner site

The site has been built with Phprunner 5.1 and is based on php / mysql / javascript. I would like to find someone who can help me develop various aspects of the site. The first project is to expand the scripts ability to create pdf files from a particular page and offer it for download, I need this ability expanded so that the user is offered the ability to save the pdf to the server, form a customized file name and offer the user the ability to edit the name of the file. After the file is saved a function that sends the file via email is invoked. I would like this function built/added into the existing [login to view URL] file. Please let me know your availability for future projects on this site may be and whether you might be able to work from within phprunner if I supply the program.
