Joomla 2.5 Component Customization (urgent)

Need to modify two forms included in the Joomla 2.5 component named JoomBah ([login to view URL]), which is a jobs component. One form to modify is the application for job seekers. Specifically, add the following fully functional standard fields: Middle Initial, Email Address, Alternate Contact Number, ability to add multiple degrees (Add Education button), and ability to add additional employment. These fields will need to be added to JoomBah's front end form for new job applicants as well as profile front end form for registered job applicants. Will need to be completed in 2 days (July14 deadline). Thanks.
