PHP/JS/mysql Logic

I need someone to help complete a project that is 85% done. This person needs to know php/js to create logic to pull certain items from mysql db and display them on the website. This person must either be local, or available during USA daylight time. We need to communicate via chat (eg Skype, AIM, etc...) The logic (in its basic form) must work like this Based on state we are allowed certain options. One Two Three Four Five Six Each of these 6 items have sub items One A B C D E F G Two A B C D E F G etc... We will match up the value,( A,B,C etc..) with another number we collect (and is already stored in the DB) and display that for the user to see. If this is done correctly and in a timely manner i have more work on this project to complete.
