Review Script for site

I need a script that will allow a customer to add pros and cons as a comment system where they can give a + or a - to each comment. The comments are added by the users and are sorted by which ones have the highest score total (see [login to view URL]). Also I need a script to go along with this that will allow users to rate items based on different criteria. This system can be a star or a 1-10 rating system. ## Deliverables I need a script that will allow a patron to add pros and cons as a comment system where they can give a + or a - to each comment. The comments are added by the users and are sorted by which ones have the highest score total (see [login to view URL] for an example). Pros and cons are seperate comment systems where for example they can add a pro, and hit + or - to that. Other users can hit + or - to any current comments in the pros or cons systems or add their own comments as well. The second part of the rating system I would prefer it be 1-10 based in the rating. The website is based on categories so I will need full documentation on how to change the criteria. For example, the racquets category may have ratings for weight, comfort, stability, etc, and an overall rating to compile the results into 1 main rating. While a players category may have ratings for speed, endurance, etc. and an overall category to compile the results into 1 main rating. I will need documentation on how to add these rating criteria and make them show only on certain pages (linked to categoryid field?). I also need some documentation on how to pull up say the top 5, and list these ratings for each category (these will be sideboxes on the site.)
