1 .SWF loads in the Background, while another SWF plays

Hello, I need something coded where the script will load a .swf in the background (hidden) while another .swf loader that I have created runs, after a given amount of time, which I set, the loader disappears, and the loaded .swf that was loading in the background appears. This will be used to load my custom preloader, before a flash file file is loaded (content). This will be used to eliminate the hosted flash files loading screen, which will be replaced by my own. I believe this may be done in javascript, but any method is fine as long as it works on all browsers, for all .swf files. Please PM me if you need more details or specific examples. Thank You
