Time Website - Asia

Hi, I am looking for a coder/designer to help design a new time website that I have in mind. The website will display the time zones/current times of the countries/regions in Asia (only) while using a design similar to [login to view URL] Requirements are: Customisation Options - Language (I will translate these myself) - Date/Time Formats Current Location - You're in Tokyo, Japan - GMT +11 - 16:50 - The closest foreign city is Seoul, Korea, GMT +12 - 16:50 Difference in Time - If you search for a city, it will be able to display the time difference from your current city (i.e. If the time in Tokyo is 8:00 and the time in Melbourne is 10:00 then it would notify you of a 2 hour difference) Search Tool - Search by City - Search by Country (Takes you to the capital city of the country) - Search by Time Zone Mobily Friendly - Must scale to suit Android/iPhone tablets/phones Website General - Displayed time in the title bar
