Updated PHP Order System

I need an existing php order system updated (or a new system built). See at below link: [login to view URL] The new system should have have the same existing functionality with the following improvements: -look more professional. -show the cost the customer will pay throughout the order process. -handle upgrades from different editions as done with [login to view URL] in the quote system below [login to view URL] Find attached the existing order system and the existing quote system. Also included is a new non-functional order system built by another developer. You could also fix this system if you choose. You must use only PHP, HTML and Javascript. If you want to use a MySQL database to make things simpler that is OK. But I must be notified as to how you plan to use it.
