Very Small Web Portal

Its a very small portal project. **I just want the development section done**. I already have designed the layout in web2.0. Here is the project detail... 1- I want admin panel for all services. Admin should also have the power to Create/Edit/Delete pages in differen categories. 2- I am going to use phpBB & a free chat script on this portal. I will configure these myself. You just have to setup one User Management system for all these services. As the Forum & Chat has their own Registration systems but I want you to develop one registration system which allow user to login to all services. Also add a Paid & Not Paid check for future use. 3- Schools, Clubs, Churches, History, Events. Each section is an individual & should b dynamic so that when Admin adds history text & images, a dynamic page should b generated under the History Section. All other sections should have the same functionality. Admin should b able to Edit/Deleteor create new pages using Admin Panel. I also require a simple pagination system for each section(in case of more than 1 pages). 4- Parents Section. In this section, parents would b able to receive school reports & results of their chidlren. I will provide you more details later. I have to discuss this with different schools in the area first. 5- There will b an advertisement section which will allow user to pay through paypal after choosing an advertisement plan. You can use Paypal Button for this(I think,they r easy to use free of cost). This job is really simple for an experienced developer. Most of you will certainly have ready-to-use scripts.
