Web application that will manipulate and edit music files (mp3, ogg, wav etc.), either through command line programs (SoX) or through libraries in your language of choice. Users will upload audio files, and select other audio files (based on database matching) to merge/splice with the original file. The application will include a relational database. It will also need a payment system in place and a monetary system with user accounts.
