Website is belengift.com. Work needs to be completed on or before November 11. Contractor will be chosen before Ocober 18th. Here's what needs to be done: 1. Event Reminder. Add a checkbox “Do you want to be reminded of this event next time?”, a calendar allowing customer to select a date to be reminded on and a notes field. Add this as the last step after the payment is processed as to not annoy the customer with extra questions during checkout but make it noticeable enough after so that they don't just leave if they want to use this service. This includes creation of an automated email on the company letterhead. 2. Changing location type in the checkout process. The new location type drop-down will have 7 new options and depending on the type of location selected will ask for the location name. 3. Partial address lookup by postal code or zip code. Once customer enters zip code or postal code, automatically lookup the city, state/province and country and prefill all the address fields. 4. Adding special instructions field on the checkout page right after the "message on card" text area. 5. Checkout process restructuring. Allow customer to enter the product quantity, his shipping zip/postal code directly on the product detail page and show total cost estimate once it's entered. Allow customer to proceed to the checkout page with most shipping fields prefilled for him (city, state/province, country fields). Warn customer if he tries to enter postal code for US only product or zip code for Canadian product. As an additional option allow customer to enter quantity and choose an address from an address book (instead of entering zip code) which he will be able to manage through his customer account page. Customers will not loose any information up to a certain point. If they enter something on a page and don't click “continue”, this information will not be saved, but if they do then it will be saved. 6. Belen Gift icon in front of http:// on [login to view URL] 7. Order search. In the admin screen that shows all the orders add ability to search by order number, customer, and date. Also show U.S. and Canadian orders in one place 8. Order shipment tracking. Need 2 fields in the order screen to enter tracking number and shipping carrier – must show error if not selected. 9. Install FCKEditor instead of the HTML editor currently installed in the admin section. 10. Delayed shipping automatic notification. Need automatic notification to be sent out to a specific email address if delayed shipping is selected by customer. This is assuming FedEx integration was done to allow customer to select future delivery date. Ability to update the email where this notification is sent from the admin. 11. Product dimensions. Need extra fields to enter product dimensions for products 12. List of nice messages. In the checkout where it asks for a message add a pop-up with messages categorized by occasion. This will include a section in the admin area where you will be able to add/edit/delete messages and occasions. 13. Fixing bread crumbs. Bread crumbs should lead you back to the product category you came from even though some products maybe in more than one category. 14. Generation of automatic FedEx Plain Paper (Laser) Labels. Ability to automatically print FedEx shipping label from the order screen (with FedEx barcode). 15. Drop-ship section with different drop-ship product categories, discount system based on user accounts that allows specifying discount the account will get on all drop-ship products. 16. Crossed out prices. Display all customer specific discounts as 2 numbers (crossed out regular price and new price in red next to it). In addition to that show total discount for all products in the shopping cart and on the checkout page 17. Changing Promo Codes. Add ability to add promo codes that allow free shipping 18. Product sorting. Add ability for the customer to sort products by price and popularity 19. Add product cost field 20. Not passing discount to reseller. For each product if it's discounted need an ability to specify whether or not to pass the discount to the drop-ship program participants. 21. Changing [login to view URL] CMS to control belengiftandbasket.ca. Change the content management system to handle two or more domain names. Client will provide a website hosting account that supports multiple domains or a dedicated server. Client will do all product entry. 22. Better sales reporting. Integrate with QuickBooks 2006 (one way importing of orders and customers data). 23. FedEx link and shipping date calendar. In admin, when you view order: should be able to enter FedEx tracking link and automatically send email to customer with link to FedEx website and tracking number for non-Canadian orders. When ordering, customer should be have an ability to choose a shipping date from a calendar (calendar will allow to pick any future date - it will NOT get the available dates from FedEx). 24. Remembering Currency. Once customer chooses a currency save this setting on his computer if his security settings allow doing so. When the customer comes back display all prices in the currency selected. 25. Currency Converter. Assuming all product prices on [login to view URL] are in US dollars, integrate the site with one of the online currency converters to allow customers to select between US and Canadian dollars and place currency converter on every page of the site where prices are displayed. Charging all cards in US dollars unless Canadian dollars are chosen. 26. Display order of products and subcategories. Add an ability to specify the order in which products are shown within a subcategory (some products are in more than one category) and the order of subcategories in a category. 27. Large Product Images. Ability to upload large product images in the admin and ability for the customer to click on product image and see a larger version. 28. "View all" button/link that shows all products
