350321 Joomla Site Customization

I am looking for an experienced Joomla programmer to make several customizations to a new, almost completed website. (1) IP AUTHENTICATION. The website uses the Member component from MightyExtensions to allow subscriptions to specific content. However, we also need some big users to be allowed access to all content based on their IP address without logging in. (2) NEW FIELDS. I've added several new fields to the content table, and need those fields to display on article pages. (3) DATE CHANGE. A "recent articles" module displays the date as "2009-02," for example, and we need it to instead say "February 2009." (4) NEW PAGE. The publications on the website consist of "issues" each of which could have 10 or 15 articles. I've created a new page to serve as a table of contents for each issue and link to the component articles, but that page needs to have the full header and footer. A wrapper alone doesn't seem to do it. (5) DATE STAMP. Need to add today's date stamp to the header. (6) DOCMAN FIELDS. We've added Docman to sell pdf copies, but need to add a couple of information fields to the display. (7) DATA ENTRY FIELDS. Where we've added a few fields to tables, such as content, we need to add those fields to the data entry pages as well.
