Movie Database and Site Aggregation in PHP

I currently have a dynamic website for independent film. the site is all programmed in PHP and MYSQL. I would like to develop a long term relationship with a programmer to enhance features and to assist with web development and programming in PHP and MySQL. The Project includes database management, load sharing, screen scrapping and site aggregation. The project requires an excellent knowledge of database structures and management, load sharing, screen scrapping and aggregation. I really want someone who can help manage and integrate new functionalities based on my design with quick turnaround. Responsiveness and easy communication is very important. It is really important that I feel that I can get a hold of a person easily, and they would respond quickly. Ideally I think the person would be someone who is usually reachable by phone as well as email or instant messenger. This site has been a personal undertaking and I want this really want this to be a long-term relationship. I would be most comfortable with someone who has consulted independently/freelanced for at least 5 years and has significant experience in programming. The work load varies, but requires some weekly attention and thoroughness. Currently, some weeks there is nothing to work on and other weeks there are fixes, changes, updates etc. I would estimate that it’s about 5-10 hours per week. If you feel that this still suits you let me know. If you could also forward any references from companies or people you have worked with in the United States I would appreciate it. When responding to our posting, please provide links to your personal sites, sites that you have developed, or other cool projects that you have worked on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
