Small Ruby on Rails Project

I have a web based Ruby on Rails scraper that uses proxies to access the scraping target. It currently supports http proxies that are authenticated using a username and password. IP based access to proxies is currently broken and needs to be fixed. The project involves analyzing why IP based authentication doesn't work and fixing the problem.
