Image Editor Magento Extension

I'm in the IT myself (java development), but don't want to learn php :-) I'll give a detailed explanation of my requirements for this project, so that you can make your best offer. It looks more complicated and time-consuming than it is. If you already created an similar extension, please send me the demo-url or a reference I could visit. Our magento webshop sells fabrics and also gives the possibility to personalise your fabric with an image or pattern. AS-IS - 3 different products (fabric qualities) are offered - the customer selects a product - the customer uploads his image - the customer update the quantity in meters - the customer execute his order - the uploaded image is then used by us to print on the fabric TO-BE (There's an existing website that you can use as a reference. I'll mail it in private message.) - the customer selects the product "personalised fabric" - the customer uploads his image a. Accepted extensions are [login to view URL] [login to view URL] _ .png [login to view URL] b. Accepted size is max. 30 Mb c. Accepted minimum resolution is 150 dpi - left part of GUI: the customer sees a preview of his image on the fabric (in relation to the size of the fabric) with a horizontal and vertical ruler - right part of GUI: a. the customer sees the properties of his image: dimensions in cm + dpi b. the customer can increase or decrease the size of his image. This will have impact on the dimensions + dpi of the image. The preview on the fabric needs to reflect the increase and decrease c. the customer can select 1 of 5 possible "repeat patterns", being c.1 Center c.2 Basic: [login to view URL] c.3 Halfbrick: [login to view URL] c.4 Halfdrop: [login to view URL] c.5 Mirror: [login to view URL] d. The customer selects the quality of the fabric he wants to order, e.g. 3 choices with different prices. Selecting the quality will update the price at the bottom of the page. e. The customer selects the length of the fabric (the width is always 140 cm). Selecting another length updates the preview of the image on the fabric and also updates the price at the bottom of the page. f. The customer adds his order to his shopping cart. g. The order in the magento back-end should mention the details of the order (quality and length) and the uploaded image to look for in the upload-folder (maybe that the image can get renamed to the orderid?). Please mention in your offer which framework/technology you will use.
