Hi, I have been working in the IT industry, doing integration work for 20 years. Lately I have completed a number of projects via freelancer.com. I suggest you check my reviews, in particular a Magento project that involved importing orders from a third party system. The flow, developed in php was the following: 1) Query a web service with authentication to get new orders from third party website in XML form 2) Reformat the XML for import into Magento of orders and create new clients if they did not exist 3) Check periodically in Magento for orders coming from the third-party website validation and shipping information and extract sipping info from Magento in XML format 4) Call a webservice in the third party site to update shipping information with Magento provided details.
