Create a SMS sending Wordpress Plug-in

I need a SMS sending plugin for Wordpress, using the Nexmo API (this service I will use to send the SMS) [login to view URL] When users access my website, they will have the ability, from a sidebar widget, send a free (to them) SMS, to a certain number of countries. They message will have a promotional text or an ad in the end (to install an app or something). The plugin should save all the form data inputed into a database, it should show this data in the back-end. It must have a nice design, both back-end and front-end Back-end part should have: Configs: API credentials Key and secret Balance (it must show nexmo account balance) Custom text after the message text written by the user Select countries to where users can send messages Manage: A list of all SMS sent with A list of recipient numbers with country code (with the option to export all this numbers to an .csv file) A list of all sender info data (with the option to export all this numbers to an .csv file) Bulk SMS send function to all recipients in the database. (not extremely prior, but a nice to have feature) Front-end part: It must have a widget and a shortcode.
