1) Upload the chat transcript (see attached file)and make sure that the HTML file is called (given file name).Once the HTML file has been created, create a new entry under "New Topic" Link the topic text to the HTML chat transcript file that you created. examples can be provided. 2) If a visitor clicks on any of the particularly given banner ads, have the attached picture ".gif" appear. If the visitor clicks ".gif," have it pre-populate an email. So basically these are the two minor updation i need someone to perform, Please quote accordingly.
