Merge and Sync Logins

I use Concrete5 ([login to view URL]) as my CMS and would like all user information synchronized between two other scripts: EasyAppointments( [login to view URL]) and Store Locator ([login to view URL]) My requirements are: All admins will be created through Concrete5 and that information will be synced with the admins on the other two scripts. A user group will be created in Concrete5 named "Customers". This user group will be synced with the customers in EasyAppointments. A user group will be created in Concrete5 named "Stores". This user group will be synced with the stores in StoreLocator. All synchronization should be two way. For example, customers can be created in Concrete5 via admin panel and customer information will be stored in Easy Appointments customer DB. Customer information will also be created from the EasyAppointments frontend when a client signs up for service and added to the "Customer" user group in Concrete5. The next example is for the Store Locator Script. All "Stores" can be created via the admin panel in Concrete5 and the Store Locator admin panel. When created via the Concrete5 admin panel and added to the "Stores" user group, this will be added to the StoreLocator script stores. When a store is created from the Store Locator script admin panel, the information will be added to Concrete5 users and those users will be added to the "Stores" user group.
