NDOT Deals Aggregator Yipit Clone Script modification

We are using NDOT Deals Aggregator | Yipit Clone Script (You can check the script at: [login to view URL]) for a project. We need to add some extra functionality to it. 1) All the deals will be gathered via RSS/XML feeds, no need to crawl (add deals manually) 2) Featured Deals display with Title, Image, Fine prints in Highlights (above all the deals, as in [login to view URL]) 3) View the deals that had the biggest number of clicks during the last 24 hours 4) Automatically determine the category of a deal based on a predefined list of keywords. 5) Ability to detect city from the IP 6) User Management (Sign in, Sign up, Edit account info, Password Recovery ) 7) Home page Ad Banner Management 8) Add some functionality to Deal Management Module: a) Search deal via keywords b) Filter Deal listing by:  Deal's Categories  Deals Time Period 9) Email Template and Newsletter management Module o Edit contents and format of emails sent on various stages to users based on RSS o Manage Newsletters to be sent out to users: o Title o Order of deals o Deals included in the news - 10 deals per/newsletter, 10 categories / from a predefined list of companies / the last deal from that category o Change the deals included and their positioning ** Give references if you have worked on similar sites. ** State clearly what can or cannot be done. ** Ask if you have any question. ** Our budget is not high.
