445779 How hard is it to make a PDF file for me

I need a person that actually can do a PDF file for my ebook. I will be a book size of 5.5 x 8.5 and the requirements are for uploading the document at createspace, and they tell you the requirements to do it. When I need, is the chapters to all start on fresh new pages, not at the end of a page, just like a real book, each chapter starts on a new page! And then each page should be numbered. I had people put numbers on the sides, and did you ever see a book with the pages numbers on the side? They need to be just centered. I want an actual person with some feedback, to tell me they can make my book according to the requirements of createspace. I already have the book on word and PDF, but the programmer can not understand what it means to make each chapter start on a new page, and to put the page numbers in the middle, so who has the brains to do this? I will have a new one after this one also, so if I can find a person that can make this fit into createspace guidelines, then I want to use you over and over again, but I need a person with experience puting page numbers and formatting just a little bit. I type up the book, and you make it fit into the guidelines, which means each chapter starts on a new page, and each page has a number, that's all I need.
