I need a website done like : [login to view URL] It need to have all the features that are in the example. Also the abbility to stream the VOD videos. It need to be compatible with CCBill for the ppv part. Admin panel to upload movies if possible and to enter description and keywords. Website must be complete before 10 July 2008. Unfortunately not a real big budget for this project ($500 tops). We are a design company looking for a steady programmer. So if this works out, we will post more projects and work together long hopefully.
