Compile Perl module into ActiveX dll

I've got Perl module that implements some API to connect to specific Web server via https. Using ActiveState PerlCTRL program (part of the PDK), the module can be converted into a DLL that could be usable in C++, VB or VB Script I need someone who has working experience in using ActiveState PDK and who has licensed version of PDK (deployment or pro) to help me to compile the dll. It's really a hlf-hour job for Perl expert. More details will be provided. VB PS. I tried to use the trial version of PDK and had problems with registering Crypt-SSLeay library etc - not sure if it's because of trial or not (error "501 Protocol scheme 'https' is not supported") ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working dll compiled with registered version ActiveState Perl Development Kit (not trial!) . 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
