4538 Linking Script (not spam)

I have a collection of websites on 2 different servers. I need a script that will log onto each server, and post a few links to each site. The script should read from a master file of links that need to be posted. The sites on each server are the same in structure and there is probably not much difference in the servers. I would like about 5 links posted to each site, each link on a different page. It should also post it somewhere in the text on the page. So it would work like this, log on to server, grab first site, naviagte to random page (that is not index or sitemap) post link from file in text, select new page, post link. Repeat say 3-6 links per site. I hope this description is clear. If not feel free to open pmb. Also this is quite urgent and I would like a very fast turnaround. Would be willing to pay more for a quicker finished product. I dont have a preferance as to what scripting language is used. Whatever one will work the best. In addition this can be a desktop or webbased program. Again what ever is easiest I own these sites and this isnt some spamming tool I will be using across lots of sites. I just need it for my collection of sites.
