Price Quote Process

I think this will be a combination of JavaScript and Perl. I have created the pages for our site, now I just need someone to make them work. If you are interested, take a look at the pages below and let me know if you are interested and what it will cost. If you aren't/can't do it, perhaps you could refer me to someone who can??? Note, that this is a registration process for a non-profit school. These pages are still kind of rough but they run in the order that the registration process needs to go. The pages are mostly self explanatory, but I'm sure there will be questions. Feel free to ask whatever you need to know before quoting a price. FYI, I started this with a packaged Perl script called QuickQuote. I bought it and asked the programmer for some customization and he opted out stating a lack of experience with JavaScript. Some of his code is still in the pages although I never loaded the script to the server. You can look at his product here if it would help. ([login to view URL]) Essentially the visitor selects the classes he wants. There are two types of choices and they are priced differently, but both need to be included in the total. But the total is a quote only. The visitor then proceeds with registration, filling out forms, etc. and then can opt to pay via Paypal, but we are only charging a fixed $100 deposit, not the full quote amount. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) My wish list: - Multipage form that produces one email containing the info for all pages. - Quote form allows for recalculation over and over until visitor is satisfied with schedule. - The email output of the "schedule" portion of the form is in html format so that the ladies in administration and the families can read it. - It would be nice to be able to pay for all children in a family at once, instead of one at a time. - Setup to navigate to Paypal for payment. ## Platform This is hosted on a Unix server via a commercial hosting company.
