Create Website That Posts Real Estate Ads To Multiple Ad Sites

Need a website that will post real estate classified ads to multiple ad portal sites. I've attached a graphic to this job with a list of the ad sites I'd like to have these ads syndicated to ... with either API from the site or some other form of automated posting. For the sites that don't allow automation, we need to create a html template that our site will create and post the html so the user can easily post it manually. NOTE: there are a few sites on this list that are do not have real estate ads. We will not need to post to them. This site needs to be password protected with the ability to set up individual users. We need to be able to change the monthly price they pay in the admin based on the amount of listings they are allowed per month. There must also be a reporting function of the site that shows where the ad was posted and how many clicks came through that ad and that site.
