Membership/Rating System

****** will have pages; eg Asbestos, Building Inspections, Pest Inspections, Timber Inspections, Pest control, Builders and all the other trades that a home renovator might employ inc electricians and plumbers and painters etc Each trade will list all the ****** members who are registered with ****** and they will need to sign a contract stating that they agree to the being as we have set up plus other terms and conditions and this will be renewable every time a payment is made to allow for changes. All members agree to be rated by their customer(s) and other party and may need a drop down to identify what involvement that other party is and why they are passing comment. When a comment is made there will be a period of at least 7 days before it will get posted. Reason; so that once a comment has been generated a copy of comment will be passed on to the person the comment is about. This will allow the person to respond to the administrator so the administrator can determine if some one is being unrealistic. Beside the questions that a person will base there rating on will be another set of responses where the person being commented on can rate the the person commenting and in this set of comments will be a trigger that will either allow or disallow the rating to be posted. This may be done by a series of drop downs beside each question where there are a series of what we will consider reasonable reasons for dispute eg been paid? Work not finished ? why? And each of these will carry a value that will provide a trigger that will either allow or disallow. There will also need to be a system where one will be able to report the commentor to the administrator. So in the professional world we need to have a situation where the commentor will be asked what type of profession the contractor was and that answer will provide a different set of values for a response posting as each situation is different. Highest Ranked Members will be on top of the list for their field; builders, painters etc. This will enable the public to choose a business that not only rates well but is also respected and trusted, members of this site will also have the ability to advertise their business on our network of sites.
