SMS component and API development

We have planned to develop a web API (HTTP, FTP and SMTP) in order to send SMS and get acknowledgments and acquittals. The main idea is to use an API provided by a partner, and which allows SMS sending one by one (HTTP URL or EMAIL) or mass sending (via a CSV file uploaded by a ftp server). We also need to set up a Dynamic web site based on this new API. 1/ This project will be devided into five modules : - Server configuration - HTTP API - FTP API - SMTP API - Joomla intergration 2/ Each module functions and developpement versions are indicated in our specifications, which also contains data and dealing models. We wish we could find several freelancers able to make an offer about this API and for the website too, module by module. This or those providers should be able to work together for the good dealing of the project. We go to select our freelancers by their competences but also by their capacity to work in a team and to respect the deadline for execution. So, we expect an offer for each module of the project for us to decide who will be in charge. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, MySql, Joomla 1.5
