If you have a high speed net minmum ( 256 kbps )connection, then only participate in this work. You have to download video from you tube ( list of video url will be given by me) with the system given by me or as you like - then same video have to upload at other site which has the almost same system of uploading videos as the you tube have - with (with my given title, short description and tags along with url of video clip)etc. All videos are of less than 2 min duration. **We have total 1000 video clips url with total approx 1000 min duration. ** Before participating in the bid you try to upload some smaller clip at [[login to view URL]][1] and if possible downloading also - this will make you understand the work. ## Deliverables b1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
