Chat Room Trivia Bot

I am looking for someone to create a quizbot for a chat room. The chat room is a free one you can get the source files here: [login to view URL] The quizbot should recognise who answers correctly and issue a point to the user. After the quiz ends the bot announces who was the winner. These images are from someone that was creating a quizbot but unfortunately I think the project came to a stop, this should give you a very good idea on what to create: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Iam looking for something that can be added to the admin panel as an addon. What I need is something like this: 1) Be able to enter the number of questions the quizbot gives out. 2) Question/Hint/Answer - the time that the quizbot waits should be changeable. 3) 1 Point awarded to the first correct answer posted in the chat room. 4) At the end of the round the quizbot announces who in the chat room had the most correct answers. 5) After quiz the bot should announce that the quiz is over. 6) This should be editable via the admin panel. The images should pretty much tell you all of what I need for this project.
