MediaWiki kickstart: Template design and content

Hi, I have a fresh MediWiki installation what needs to be designed in such a way so it encourages posting and editing. Categories and article titels have to be presented within the template the best way (layout). If possible the site needs a media dump from wiki, however only the titles. I am open for suggestions what you could do. Present me with sample sites you made already or what you think are possible good solution/sites. Please remember site runs mediwiki, fresh, no content what so ever. Looking forward to recieving your bids. Thanks, Cosmo
