84606 PHPFox modification

PHPFox is releasing new version which is open that mean we can modify it as we like. We are looking for a group of coders to do this project. This project is community site for travel. We have reviewed PHPFox and lots of features we need it from that software. Please see attached file for project document. Now we will not go beyond what I wrote in breif, that means if we go beyond you will get paid. Notice that we need get rid of lots of PHPfox features. We will give you a complete new design so you need to modify [login to view URL] as per as travel part we are not 100% sure new database(travel) part but we will do help you a lot. What I'm looking for 2 coders who will work on this for at least 6-8 weeks to finish this(you know you may not work on this all the time because lots of comments back and forth but my goal is to finish the site in 6 weeks). I will not accept individual coder because we are looking for a long term relationship who can add features and support us when needed. You also need to have a good rating here or any other market place. Experience coder with PHPFox experience will be considered first.
